Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented Coordinator, Human Resources – 146813. Do you have experience with HR Coordination? Let us help you make your next big career move a reality!

What You Will Be Doing:
You will manage internal and external recruiting process from initial phase to onboarding. Process and maintain all transactions for new hires, transfers, terminations, promotions, garnishments, publications, etc. Manage the bidding process. Maintain and update exit interview logs, terminations, employee handbooks, OJTs, code-a-phone, etc. Coordinate and monitor employee performance program(s). Assist with attendance tracking, disciplines, org. chart changes, bid and wage changes, and FMLA paperwork. Responsible for employee communication through email and bulletin board postings. Send out communications about employees birthdays and plant anniversaries. Order flowers, gifts, gift cards, anniversary presents, food, etc. for employees. Purchase and maintain office supply inventory. Coordinate efforts associated with uniform program. Organize and coordinate all employee functions/activities and catering. Coordinate vending service. Responsible for the pet food ordering program and the company store. Calculate and submit HR reports for corporate/factory and maintain applicant flow log for plants annual AAP and quarterly monitoring. Assist with Wage Surveys. Maintain accurate records for all security, Kronos cards, keys, fobs, parking tags, locker assignments/locks and security card system. Maintain and track safety training documents and spreadsheets for temporary and contract employees. Maintain hourly associates status sheets for payroll. File hourly payroll checks weekly. Support TPM activities. Perform back up duties for other HR Admin. Perform all other duties assigned by HR Manager, Assistants and Trainees.
