Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented Content Management Specialist (147564). Do you have experience with Content Management? Let us help you make your next big career move a reality!

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for update requests and prioritization of business needs onto the website. Primarily responsible for content modifications, additions, deletions and implementing approved digital enhancements within a web-based content management system.
  • Setup new site pages/sections and campaign landing pages within the CMS and maintain a consistent look and feel throughout the web properties.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and internal stakeholders to execute business initiatives on the website.
  • Continually monitor the website in a proactive manner to ensure that information is accurate, content is current, and pages are free of errors.
  • Verify compatibility within all browsers and across mobile devices.
  • Maintain metadata and other inputs in the system to optimize search engine results.
  • Keep up to date on all client web guidelines and standards and ensure they are followed across all digital channels.
  • Manage all work request within a tracking system and verify that all content is approved through proper channels and systems prior to posting.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Must have excellent skills in editing various types of web content ranging from general text content to specialized digital content.
  • Demonstrate the ability to monitor and execute multiple initiatives and projects simultaneously. Ability to manage time and workload effectively which includes planning, organizing, and prioritizing with attention to details.
  • Must be able to work effectively both as a team member and independently.
  • Strong organization skills with emphasis on being conscientious and detail-oriented.
  • Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills in order to effectively communicate with a wide variety of staff regarding the publication of information on the web.
  • Associates degree in Information Technology or any satisfactory combination of experience and training which demonstrates the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the above duties.
  • Minimum of two years managing content on corporate level websites
  • Experience using a robust Content Management System (Adobe Experience Manager a plus)
  • Knowledge and/or experience with HTML, CSS, and web analytics.
