What You Will Be Doing:
We are looking for Concept Designers that have experience both using design thinking to discover and deliver solutions and is a thought leader in the application of human-centered design principles to organizational challenges. You’ll be joining our diverse team of problem solvers that employ design and systems thinking to conceptualize and develop high-impact, creative outcomes for market impact.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 5 – 7 years of applicable work experience
- 2+ years of Design Thinking experience preferred
- 5+ years of Adobe/Sketch/InVision/Figma
- Financial Services or FinTech exposure preferred
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to influence and build relationships with leadership at all levels of the organization
- Must be able to learn and communicate the principles of design, iterative improvement, design thinking, qualitative analysis, and change management to a wide variety of audiences to gain the buy-in and understanding needed to effectively deploy the tools and successfully deliver consistent quality for consultations and/or projects
- Must be able to engage and inspire a wide variety of team members for quick and effective engagement
- Must be able to manage/lead large-scale efforts
Desired Skills & Experience:
- IBM Enterprise Design Thinking certification within 2 months of hire (preferred)ÿÂ
- Financial Services background
- Experience with Design Research and Facilitation
