What You Will Be Doing:
You will review new and updated positions, complete compensation analysis and set-up job codes; provide market data using Market Pay market pricing tool; determine FLSA classification and assure compliance with various federal laws. Assist in the management of the annual merit process within SAP: distribute associate communications, review data, verify information with HR Strategists, review files for completeness, enter information. Assist in the management of the PLUS process in SAP: distribute associate communications, review data, verify information with HR Strategists, review files for completeness, enter information. Complete and submit various salary surveys; complete annual market data review and update. Maintain data, research issues and update information. Evaluate and maintain MaGS grades the company’s associates; review and update annually. Complete compensation pay sector analysis by department and recommend potential equity increases to HR Business Partners. You will do other Special Projects as assigned. Assist with various global compensation projects. Perform all other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Human Resources or related discipline
- 1+ years experience in Compensation, Human Resources, or Finance-related role required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Word, PowerPoint
- Strong proficiency in Excel and SAP
- Strong attention to detail
- High analytical ability
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently
Desired Skills & Experience:
- CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or interest in obtaining is preferred
- Some exposure with compensation preferred
