Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented Communications Specialist (147215). Do you have experience with Communications (Corporate, Agency, Media, etc.)? Let us help you make your next big career move a reality!

What You Will Be Doing:

Establish a strong long-term relationship with GSBU, the Senior Functional Teams, as well as the global internal communications network (incl. unique global teams like Institute, R&D, Accelerator Lab and the Regional Internal Communications Teams). Build and drive the execution of a running global internal communications yearly master plan. Create new global content in collaboration with the GSBU, GSC and Senior Functional Teams. Align on ways of communicating/amplifying relevant regional as well as news from unique global teams to all our associates. Support the communications specific to R&D associates and team members at R&D locations. Establish and maintain the digital global internal comms ecosystem incl. latest digital/virtual tools. Feed the ecosystem with regular new global or relevant amplified content by using conservative as well as internal social media tools. Report and analyze key data with regards to relevance of global communication efforts on a regular basis. (i.e. number of likes, views, re-actions). If necessary be able to run surveys to provide insights on relevance. Review on a regular basis the repository sites and drive the translation efforts. Serve as point of contact for all Regional Internal Comms leads to submit their content for broader distribution. Serve as internal communications liaison with our global unique teams like Institute, R&D etc. on new factory construction and expansion projects as well as other global projects (i.e. Relaunches, Unleashed). Collaborate with the Senior Functional teams to support key communications campaigns. Lead and align with Global Internal Comms Community on key strategic topics throughout the year and establish relevant yearly communication plans.(includes organizing virtual meetings of the Community at least twice a year to review, exchange and leverage). Help new employees integrate into our unique culture, learning and respecting our heritage and history, while building the future by providing, reviewing content. Assist in coordination and execution of external social media plans for leadership team. Support the strategic review of Global Internal Communications by preparing content for presentation and alignment with the Global Internal Comms Committee. Perform all other duties as assigned. Assist with other needs of Internal Communications team and Global HR group, as needed.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • College graduate with degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Communications or related field or relevant experience in this area ? 5 years
  • Minimum 3 years experience in communications (corporate, agency, media, etc.)
  • Strong relationship buildingÿ¿ÿ¿ÿ¿ÿ 
  • Understanding of complex/matrix organizations
  • Content creation: writing -video/reel production -visual graphics/creative- interviewing, knowledge of technology/digital savvy and social media platforms (MS Teams, Workplace by Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
