Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented Change Management Specialist (148729). Do you have experience with training and communication efforts in support of change management? Let us help you make your next big career move a reality!

What You Will Be Doing:
The Change Management Specialist is a key role responsible for creating and implementing change management strategies and plans to facilitate smooth transitions and enhance change adoption within the Company. This on-site position in St. Louis requires a dynamic professional to assess change impacts, evaluate organizational change readiness, and develop and execute tailored change management plans. The successful candidate will collaborate with business and IT stakeholders, building strong relationships to ensure effective change management across various organizational transformations.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Employ a structured change management methodology to create conditions for a smooth transition and promote change adoption.
  • Prepare for change by assessing change impacts and the organization’s change readiness.
  • Create and execute tailored change management plans accommodating the needs of different stakeholder groups impacted by the change.
  • Assess training needs, develop training strategies and plans, and collaborate with subject matter experts to deliver training content.
  • Develop and execute project-related communication, including emails, newsletters, videos, PowerPoint presentations, and leader talking points, based on project needs.
  • Establish and track Change Management success criteria and document lessons learned.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a preferred emphasis in Change Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, Communications, or related fields.
  • Formal training or certification in change management (e.g., Prosci Certification).
  • 3+ years of experience with change management efforts.
  • Understanding of change management approaches, processes, and techniques.
  • Experience with training and communication efforts in support of change management

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Working knowledge of Change Management methodologies and tools for small to large-scale projects.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, including the ability to interface at all levels of the organization quickly and interchangeably.
  • Ability to partner with cross-functional teams to drive business results and meet deliverables.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: $56 – $80 /hr.
