What You Will Be Doing:
We are seeking a Business Analyst with expertise in LabVantage LIMS to support the implementation of Laboratory Information Management Systems in a commercial lab setting. The role involves gathering requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, and customizing LIMS solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize LabVantage LIMS solutions
- Design and implement new features and enhancements
- Gather and translate requirements into technical specifications
- Perform system testing and debugging
- Understand and manage master data
- Provide training and support to end-users
- Stay updated on industry trends and LabVantage advancements
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in commercial LIMS system support
- In-depth knowledge of LabVantage LIMS (web pages, dashboards, master data, testing, reporting)
- Strong understanding of laboratory workflows and processes
- Database familiarity and query-building experience
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Troubleshooting skills for Lab user incidents
- Ability to recommend best practices for LabVantage functionality
Pay: $51.10 – $73 /hr.
