Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented Business Analyst, Help Desk (147222). Do you have experience with Help Desk? Let us help you make your next big career move a reality!

What You Will Be Doing:
Work closely with operational technology, manufacturing technicians, engineers, and corporate/local IT functions on selection, design, implementation and management of innovative, technology solutions. Act as a project leader to gather requirements for design, analysis, testing, documentation, development and implementation of new technologies. Actively seek technology solutions to improve business and manufacturing processes. Upgrade existing technologies and infrastructure. Provide advanced troubleshooting support and problem resolution. Create technical documentation including roadmaps, presentations, as-builts, PNIDs, flow diagrams, and KBIs. Create and provide end user training on technology solutions. Work as an individual contributor as well as a team member to provide a high level of customer interaction and problem ownership in a complex and ever-changing environment. Provide hands-on, in the field support, in a manufacturing environment, while adhering to manufacturing safety protocols. Support 2 manufacturing sites and 1 mining site.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Open to candidates with an Associate’s degree or no degree, if the level of experience is equivalent and relevant. Not open to remote; must work onsite.ÿ¿ÿ¿ÿ¿ÿ 
  • Will be supporting Soda Springs, Soda Springs Mine Site and Rock Springs, WY sites. Worker shift time is flexible but typically between 7-8am.
