What You Will Be Doing:

As a Brand Experience Sr. Associate, you will be a key player in executing the strategy to drive profitable growth and manage key operations for Nesquick Ready to Drink Brands. This role involves end-to-end annual marketing and business strategy responsibility, including effective communication. Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Operations, and Finance, you will ensure the execution excellence of annual business plans. The Brand Experience Sr. Associate is accountable for championing the brand’s identity and deeply understanding the consumer to guide all business and brand decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Consumer & Customer Intimacy:

  • Develop a profound understanding of the brand’s consumers through data and research.
  • Identify universal truths driving relevant communications.
  • Analyze data to optimize plan and commercial investment decisions.

Business Planning:

  • Ownership of P&L to meet key business KPIs.
  • Lead cross-functional teams for an optimized portfolio & value chain.
  • Drive the monthly operating process for business performance.
  • Manage the consumer marketing budget efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure an accurate and healthy demand forecast process.

Brand and Product Experience:

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies for marketing strategies.
  • Develop campaigns to increase awareness, penetration, and purchase frequency.
  • Ensure cultural relevance of the brand’s identity across touchpoints.
  • Activate the brand’s nutrition health and wellness proposition in consumer communication.

Commercial Excellence:

  • Partner with Sales and Customers for strategy execution in an omni-channel environment.
  • Analyze promotional programs for effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Support packaging changes due to product, graphic, or formula changes.

Key Activities Include:

Product/Brand/Marketing Communications Strategy, Media Strategy, MBP & QBR, PFME, Consumer Pricing, Marketing Operations & Execution, Insights & Analytics, eCommerce, Agency Management, Supply/Materials tradeoffs, Customer meetings

Required Skills & Experience:

  • University Degree (BA/BS) in Marketing or related business field; or equivalent experience.

  • MBA preferred.
  • Knowledge of budget control methods, and policies.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Prefers local to Arlington, VA

Pay: $46.88 – $66.97 /hr
