What You Will Be Doing:
You will provide general Human Resources consultation and coordination for HR activities to their assigned Human Resources business groups. Administers policies, procedures, and programs relating to all aspects of human resource activity. Assures compliance with applicable Federal, State, and local laws as well as regulations from other applicable agencies. Responsible for the accuracy of employee data. Manages data audits and coordinates re-organizations. Prepares and manages HR documents. Extracts data from various reporting databases to provide to HR partners. Manages requests related to Talent Management processes.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 4-6 Years of Experience
- Experience with HRIS systems.
- GHP experience would be preferred.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Human Resource experience supporting people processes (Goal setting, Talent Reviews, Compensation reviews, Year End Award Planning, etc) . SuccessFactors experience would be preferred.
