Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented Associate Coordinator, Customer Service – 146755. Do you have experience with Customer Service? Let us help you make your next big career move a reality!

What You Will Be Doing:
You will be managing the company Farms general email inbox and correspondence. Editorial calendar for key marketing vehicles. Compiling and printing status documents. Releases and waivers Special Event Management. Vendor and animal welfare group coordination. Negotiating Vendor Contracts. Manage event bookings & special event support. Researching event details for dog shows through Superintendent and Club Sites. Graphic design, copywriting experience a plus. Signage and Guest survey creation, deployment and metrics Digital Properties, Website content updates, E-newsletter content planning and asset gathering, Data capture for company Farms email database, Updating key contact lists and accounts/contacts in event booking tool and developing guest handouts/communications. You will also update, monitor and respond to review sites: Yelp, Trip Advisor and Google Reviews. You are assigned to Facebook and Instagram content planning, posting and analysis of metrics. Utilizing Instagram for promotional efforts and community outreach. Social media guest engagement and response Advertising. Creating monthly articles and evergreen pet tips for media outlet partners. Copy writing for select ads and radio promotions Communications. Working with local businesses on brochure distribution. Guest brochures and maps PR. Pitching media on the special annual events including crafting press materials. You are also assigned in media appearance coordination.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum High School Diploma
  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Journalism, or Communications preferred
  • Proficiency across all digital channels: social media (especially Facebook and Instagram), and internet
  • PR experience a plus
