What You Will Be Doing:
This role encompasses all aspects of world-class application support including; troubleshooting technical and clinical workflow, completing routine and preventative maintenance, and article writing in a timely manner while delivering a superior customer experience.
- Provide a superior customer experience by delivering timely communication and problem resolution.
- Coordinate/participate in numerous tasks/projects in a fast-paced environment in an organized manner while meeting deadlines
- Report customer complaints in accordance with Company Policies.
- Communicate in a professional manner to customers and employees.
- Prioritize and manage workload.
- Article writing for the knowledge management system.
- Record accurate and detailed information for all daily activities
- Process improvements and first-time fix rates
- Support project work (i.e. Installations, upgrade, etc)
- Support cross functional initiatives
Required Skills & Experience:
- Education Minimum Requirement – Associates Degree
- Education Preferred – Bachelors Degree
- Experience within the Radiology clinical environment (4+ years)
- Understanding of dataflow in Radiology and related tech stack systems.
- Proven experience with Microsoft, CentOS, Red Hat, PACS, RIS, DICOM, HL7, Java (scripting), XML, and networking.
- 4+ years in IT/PACS Administration and tech support.
- Superior troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work individually and in a team environment.
- Results orientated and a life-long learning mindset.
