This study also analyzed tech professionals’ work preferences based on their age. If you think the Gen Z cohort prefers remote working, prepare to be surprised. In fact, working from the office is their most desired employment model. Baby boomers, on the other hand, want a full-time remote arrangement more than hybrid or office work.
