By rebuilding the company’s codebase and infrastructure from the ground up, the platform was designed for scalability, flexibility, and speed, supporting real-time transaction processing and AI-powered shopping experiences.

A key implementation of this solution was the Mizzou Food Lockers, an innovative concession stand experience deployed at Memorial Stadium within just six weeks. This project introduced self-service pickup capabilities, enabling customers to retrieve food orders efficiently, reducing wait times and improving service flow.

Additionally, the Shop Anywhere solution was introduced as part of the unified platform, providing a cashier-less checkout experience in sports stadiums and healthcare centers worldwide. This seamless transaction model allowed customers to make purchases effortlessly, enhancing convenience and reducing operational friction.

By integrating Raspberry Pi for hardware automation, Kubernetes for container orchestration, and Kafka for event-driven processing, the platform was built to support rapid deployment and real-time data synchronization across locations.
