Solution

The project began with a complete overhaul of the platform’s data architecture, transitioning to a cloud-based solution with Databasin and incorporating REDCap and Qualtrics to streamline survey management. Features such as eConsent, two-way communication, and resource ratings were added to enhance the participant experience.
