About our client

An American multinational payment card services corporation, our client offers a range of payment transaction processing and other related-payment services. Our relationship with them spans decades, from staffing to a variety of IT solutions.

Challenge

The credit union’s Project Management Office (PMO) had made multiple attempts to implement Agile and Lean methodologies to enhance flexibility, efficiency, and speed across the organization. However, these efforts resulted in limited improvements. Teams continued to struggle with operational rigidity, slow decision-making, and inconsistent collaboration between departments.

Without a cohesive Agile framework, cross-functional alignment remained a challenge, and the organization lacked the adaptability needed to respond effectively to member needs and evolving market conditions.
