MOBILE APP BRIDGES GAP BETWEEN A CHURCH AND ITS CONGREGATION

For a growing church trying to reach its people wherever they are at requires new tech in the palm of their hands.

The Crossing Church stretches across the St. Louis region and beyond, creating unique gatherings and classes that aim to make a big church feel small to it’s over 10,000 weekly attendees. From programs designed for people birth through adult, their four St. Louis metro campuses and growing online platform allow those from all walks of life to find community and connect with those around them.

The Challenge

With the continued growth at their multiple campuses and online, the ability to connect with the pastoral staff was shrinking. The church needed an organic way to acquire and respond to real-time feedback from the audience that allowed for confidentially connections with the on-stage teaching team.

The Plan

If The Crossing was able to leverage a mobile app that connected to their in-house back end system, they could create a two-way live communication platform that made a real impact. The app could compile responses into an easily accessible and organized manner and have a custom portal for the staff to sort submissions during the weekend services.

The Results

Technology Partners took on the challenge. Our custom mobile app team architected an effective solution that bridged the gap between the teacher and the congregation. With real-time responses now coming in from all campuses and online viewers, the pastors were able to pose timely and relevant questions with authentic feedback from an engaged audience.
