Bio: Laura K. Sawyier works with Fortune 500 companies, SMBs, non-profits, and individuals, using evidence-based research within the Applied Psychology of Fashion.

She consults with individuals on their chosen style of dress (closet edits, shopping, special events, travel styling, and look books, among other fashion and styling-related concierge services), consults with for-profit and non-profit organizations and institutions on confidence, executive, and authentic presence, personal and professional branding, and leads seminars, workshops and keynotes on the science behind what we wear every day and how it impacts performance, moods, behaviors, and relationships.

A style expert for various media outlets, her work has been featured in MSNBC, Fast Company, Travel + Leisure, Elle India, The Zoe Report, FOX 2, KSDK, among others. Clients and audiences of LKS include Edward Jones, Washington University in St. Louis, FOCUS St. Louis, Hill Investment Group, Angad Arts Hotel, Summersalt, AUDRA, and Sarah Flint.

She serves as President of the Friends Board at the Saint Louis Art Museum, is a member of the Advisory Board and Ignite Chair for Pink Ribbon Good Saint Louis, and on the Women’s Leadership Society  teering Committee at Rung for Women.

Originally from West Point, NY, Laura now resides in St. Louis with her husband, Mark, and cat, Remi. Outside of travel for work, she enjoys traveling for pleasure and curiosity with her husband and friends. She’s an avid skier who grew up competing in downhill slalom and giant slalom, enjoys cycling, spending time in Forest Park, and visiting art museums.
