According to Debbie Portell Morris,“Food is life or death. Choose life and eat clean.” She speaks from experience, as Debbie passed out suddenly one night in her driveway and was rushed away in an ambulance. Over the course of the next two years, she worked with 22 doctors to find out why. Now, as the owner of Integrity Training Systems and Sophie’s Bakery, she has seen countless people saved through the same means as herself – by using nutrition as the key to healing.

Bio: I have worked as a trainer, nutrition coach and business owner for over 20 years.  My passion is Jesus and shining His light in all that I do.  My ministry is health.  My desire is to see people living a life full of faith while achieving optimal health.  The two go hand in hand.

I offer one on one nutrition consulting, an online masters nutrition class, cooking classes and personal training.  I have a staff of 10 trainers and two locations. I am blessed to share my life with a team of trainers that fully support the vision God gave me to save and change lives many years ago.

I am married to John Morris and we have a 10 year old daughter Sophie.  We also have my favorite thing in the world… 4 dogs!  We have Finn, Amber, Willow and Delilah.  They range from age 2, 4, 12 and almost 16.  Life is better with dogs.  They bring light and life into every space.

Jesus is my reason.  He is why I jump out of bed everyday to do what I do.  I couldn’t be more thankful he saved me and that I serve Him in what I do daily.

Debbie’s Something Extra: “It’s twofold. I believe it is faith and vision.”
