St. Louis, Mo., December 10, 2021: Yesterday, Technology Partners and Ouellette & Associates celebrated the graduation of Cohort VI participants of the St. Louis Technology Leadership Experience (TechLX) program. Over 50 guests attended virtually, representing leading St. Louis organizations.
The special recognition of Cohort VI participants and mentors was as follows:
- Aarti Sharma, Vice President, BizOps, Payments Network, Mastercard, received the Mentor award
- Bill Wittke, Technical Manager, IT Operations at Clayco, received the Leader Among Leaders award
- Suzanne Pusa, Business Systems Analyst 3 at Washington University in St. Louis, received the Leader Among Leaders award
Manisha Sheode of RGA, Aaron Geiger of Alberici, and Shannon Hauf of Bayer led the panel discussion. Graduates were encouraged with a charge to find their “shark in the tank” and focus on showing direct reports how much they care. Hauf shared, “It’s not about you anymore – your success is reflected in the success of your team.”

The TechLX program empowers, equips, and champions high-potential IT professionals as they grow into the next generation of CIOs and technology leadership of St. Louis. Since its inception in June 2018, the St. Louis chapter of TechLX has engaged over 80 companies in the area and has graduated over 150 participants. The program currently operates virtually and has evolved to include:
- IT leadership development workshops
- Marketing plan capstone
- 1:1 mentoring with a senior-level IT leader
- Peer connections through small group problem solving
- Regular networking events
