Technology Partners Staff Ranks Second in Most Community Service Volunteer Hours in 2020 Among St. Louis Midsize Companies

St. Louis, Mo., May 25, 2021: The staff at Technology Partners provided more than 1,250 hours of volunteer community service to local nonprofit organizations during 2020, ranking it second among midsize companies for local employee volunteer hours in the St. Louis Business Journal’s 2020 Corporate Philanthropy Awards.

“Helping others is a core value at Technology Partners and we believe that paying it forward puts this value into action for the benefit of the community at-large,” said Technology Partners CEO Lisa Nichols. “We are very excited to be recognized for our employees’ continuous and deep-rooted culture of making a big difference in the lives of thousands across the St. Louis region.”

Technology Partners’ community service outreach is organized through an internal committee called L.I.F.T. — an acronym for “Lives Impacted. Futures Transformed.” Through L.I.F.T., the organization has supported basic needs, education, and economic development in the community by volunteering to serve A Seat at the Table, Elevate St. Louis, Junior Achievement, Sunshine Ministries, Habitat for Humanity, The Little Bit Foundation, American Red Cross, American Heart Association, Global Hack, The Mission Continues and Komen Race for the Cure*. Through these groups and others, Technology Partners’ employees have helped support veterans and their families, raised money in support of family adoption, cleaned up summer camps, conducted book drives for underprivileged schools, built homes, spearheaded blood drives, helped students learn to code and much more.

“It is gratifying to see the hard work of our staff being acknowledged in the business community through this recognition,” said Nichols. “We strive every day to demonstrate Technology Partners’ vision of driving lasting change in the world with excellence and integrity.”

*Additional organizations we are proud to support include STL Foodbank, YWCA, Independence Center, Marian Middle School, BreakDown STL , Promise Christian Academy.
